Your use of Chinese Translation Services is subject to a legal agreement between you (the client) and Australia Translators Pty Ltd (ABN 79612709289). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs the provision of translation services and any related services offered through our website.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and high-quality translations, Australia Translators Pty Ltd does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will meet every specific requirement, although all NAATI certified translations are produced by qualified translators and carry our certification guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Australia Translators Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific translation in question.
A full refund will be provided if no work has commenced on your translation order. If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of the delivery manager. Refund requests should be submitted by email to enquiry@tnfast.com. Completed translations that have been delivered are generally not eligible for a refund, unless there is a demonstrable quality issue with the translation.
All certified translations are delivered electronically via email as the standard delivery method. Hard copy translations can be posted upon request for an additional fee. Australia Translators Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage caused by postal services when hard copies are requested. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, although we aim to deliver within 24 hours for standard orders.
Australia Translators Pty Ltd treats all client information and documents as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share or sell any personal information or document content to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary for the completion of the translation (e.g., sharing with the assigned NAATI certified translator). All translators are bound by confidentiality obligations.
The client warrants that all content submitted for translation does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights of any third party. The client assumes full legal responsibility for the content of the documents submitted for translation. Australia Translators Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the content of the original documents provided by the client.
